Winemaking
In tribute to the Major's love of his various mixed breeds of dogs, this wine is an intriguing blend of equal parts of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir was whole cluster pressed as as to not impart colour into the wine.

Aroma / Bouquet / Nose
This wine displays aromas of apple and melon along with crisp citrus notes. Pinot 3 bursts with fresh apple, melon and tropical fruit flavours and has a clean fresh finish.

Pinot 3 would make a loyal companion to a wide range of seafood dishes, such as salmon with a cream sauce or grilled prawns drizzled in butter.
