Winemaking
The Pinot Noir grapes were macerated for a full 13 days on their skins to enhance extraction of colour and berry characteristics. Following a full malolactic fermentation, the wine was racked into a combination of 30% new French oak barrels and matured for a further 7 months.

Aroma / Bouquet / Nose
Ripe strawberry and cherry aromas tantalize while full-bodied rich berry flavours with well-integrated oak provide a smooth velvety finish.

Food and Wine Pairing
Try this wine with Rotisserie grilled chicken, turkey with wild rice stuffing, pork chops or pork tenderloin with a wine and shallot reduction sauce.
